YEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!

My sister in her 70s is diehard Clones. Hates the Hawks. Texts the family today saying for the 2nd and last time (did in semis) she will root for Iowa and all of us should.
Here's my text back to her and family.
I will insert every one of my fingers up my a** as far as they will go, twist until fully coated, and suck each one clean before I will even consider rooting for any Hawkeye sport.
Ended that family text.
Well said!! CLONE to the BONE!!

I’ve been talking about this too much, but Clark did the move once, briefly, and not to any specific Louisville player. Reese followed Clark around on the court trying to get a reaction by repeatedly doing the “you can’t see me” swish and then pointed at her ring finger - all a direct attempt to taunt Clark specifically. Clark, give her credit, she claimed she never saw it and she was focusing on the postgame handshake line.

I knew when I saw Clark doing that wave against Louisville that it would come back to bite her eventually, nobody stays on top forever. Guess I figured it might take longer than it did, but it was always going to happen. I think it seems that of all people she can take what she dishes out, though.
You can't see it from the clip that is most common, but CC was staring down Van Lith when she did it.

Sorry if it hurts but regardless of today CC is still by far the best player in the country and is still arguably the best of all time.
A lot of past and present WNBA players agree with ‘arguably’ part.

Caitlin Clark has flipped off little girls and opposing fanabses? If so then yes.
Why doesn’t CC take some of her greater than 392k and buy better players herself? If you think she flipped off kids in that photo, you really are an Iowa fan troll.

I notice you didn't say it's untrue.

If that's what you want to hang your hat on, and it makes this day better for you, then go ahead and believe it.

I don't know if she's the GOAT or not? I didn't see some of the greats play the women's game all that much. I can't say that.

I know many of the greats didn't act like CC though.

No kidding. If they believe she flipped people off for no reason, the have no clue. I guarantee you she was having horrible things yelled at her.... just look how Iowa fans were treating her after the game. You know some awful things were being yelled.

She’s holding the phone to her head. I hold the phone like that myself quite a bit. It allows you to press the speaker up to your ear better when it’s loud. I’m not saying the picture was altered, I fully believe she was holding her phone like that, but being a person who holds it like that when it’s loud also, I think hawks are trying to read something into it.

Aimed at her former U19 national team member Hailey Van Lith.

Yeah I'm fine with the season they turned in, with CC being clearly the best player in the country, and easily in the conversation of best college WBB players ever. If it makes you feel better to try convincing yourself that any of that is untrue, you go with it. Lol.

I don't worship any athletes, male or female, Iowa or ISU. Sorry.

Yeah, that does look like it was directed at Van Lith. That part of my post was incorrect. Still didn’t chase her around the court as the clock wound down repeatedly taunting her.

That said, I maintain doing disrepectful stuff to your opponents is always poor sportsmanship and should never be celebrated. Holly Rowe’s Twitter comment about the women just being “confident” like the men & we need to allow them to show off in the same way made me a little sad - it’s not “female empowerment” or a good thing to copy the least appealing taunting by male athletes. Celebrate that you’re good and bringing your team success, instead of showing up the other team and implying they’re less of a player than you are.
