It's a pretty obscure reference. Wasn't sure how many people would recognize it.
Maybe we should go cardinal and metallic gold for alt instead of black.

I really hope Brock beats Geno Smith tonight. I can't stand that punk. I remember when he played for West Virginia and he tried to pick a fight with Wally Burnham who was leaving the field at halftime. Wally was probably 65+ years old at the time.
Wally was 70 at the time. I was trying to find video of it today, to show my boys why I didn't like Smith.
Copying 49ers uniforms in mid 90s is probably analogous to copying Pittsburgh Steelers in early 80s or late 70s...
His thought was they are a playoff team already, save him and don’t get home hurt now.
I’m assuming to get Brock completely healthy in exchange for a possibly meaningless road loss.
it was kind of insane they dominated so much in his second game he sat out the fourth quarter and barely threw the ball in third.
He needs to play and get some less ideal situations to help him learn and grow. He’s bound to have some bad games and it’s better to have them sooner rather than later. I love Purdy, but he’s not going to look like the best QB in the league every game and he’ll learn a lot more with some lumps than with 24/7 international sensationalization.
I just realized how big a difference there is in how much more the NFL promotes players and personalities compared to college football. BP has gotten more individual coverage the last two weeks than he got his entire senior year at ISU.
He's one of 32 people in his position in the country he better be getting attention!
