New Uniforms Revealed

I just hope some day Iowa State will be able to figure out a home uniform with school colors that isn't all Cardinal, that doesn't clash. Gold helmet decal, with gold numbers with white pants isn't a good look. Gold pants. Or at least a gold stripe of some sort in the white pants. Shouldn't be that difficult.

The middle one looks good. Looks sharp. The one on the left has the gold number white pants look (not a good look)
Subjective. I can see it both ways, the white numbers or gold numbers. Either way having some white (in the jersey) is key and something we lack presently. I also like just a touch of white in the cardinal helmet. The light white trim around the helmet logo is a nice idea also, subtle. You could also do a white chinstrap and or white bumpers front and back on the helmets. I kind of like keeping the bumpers cardinal though. It's our identity now.
To me the argument against the white numbers is two-fold. 1. We lose more of our gold (already no gold pant or helmet; taking away the gold numbers would hurt IMO). We look more like kNeb or NS St.. and less like ISU. 2. The white numbers would not look as good IMO with all-cardinal rush, which I like. I know some don't like the all-cardinal. I do.

I think our White Cardinal White is our best look by far, but I also love the all Cardinals
Looks like both coaches are high and tight!
I have two black ISU shirts. I like the black jersey. But it annoys me that Campbell and staff have ditched any gold and made black a primary color. Our colors are cardinal and gold. A coach's personal preference is not bigger than ISU. Use our school colors.

Frankly, I'm pretty jealous of Minnesota's uniforms
White numbers. Alternate logos. Those are so much better than ours with very similar colors.
Agree…. I’ve liked Minny’s uniforms over ours for quite a while now.
They know exactly how to use white throughout their uniform, along with their school colors. White numbers and collar look sweet on those jerseys IMO.
And they have gold pant and helmet color options as well. Their marketing dept is 10x better than ours.
