That being said, he is gone and the team moves on. Cyclone4Life said he is no good, so really no loss as far as the team goes. I thought he had a chance, but a high school QB with accuracy issues probably doesn't translate well at the next level. This is especially true in Iowa City where the QB coach is not a guy who can fix QB mechanics and the such. He is only there to mentor BF and that is evident by the lack of QB development.

Without actually listening to the bite, just reading it, I thought he was teasing one of his guys. Figured the Duece was in on the joke and getting ribbed by coach. No problem, nothing to see here.
But the fact the kid bailed the next day... that surprised me. Maybe it's nothing like I thought at all, and KF was making fun of a guy who had zero relationship with him, and he did indeed take it personally. Sure looks that way at this point, anyway. That would indeed qualify as a yikes.
Per the Twitter, Hogan was out to go somewhere closer to home well before this happened. Which makes sense because it was going to be 3 years before he saw the field, if even then.
