iowa vs Virginia

now way we win, you know Bohanan will go off on us for his annual super bowl.
I was being silly and sarcastic with this post, looks like i failed. I was taking a shot at Iowa and all of their home grown legacy recruits because this game is their super bowl, and the fact Bohanan pulled that stunt at Hilton a couple of years ago.

I didn't watch any of the game, but for those who did and are worried.........do you think TJ and the guys could take VA?

I don't recall him doing much against us during the "Thx for the memz" game at Hilton. Think he scored 12 or 14 points or something like that.
I had to look this up because I didn't think it was even that good.

2020: 3 pts on 1-7 fg, 1-6 from 3 pt. Also contributed 2 Reb

2019: Looks like he did reach 12 points, but on abysmal 2 of 12 shooting, and 2 of 7 from the 3. Half his points came from the line. Honestly, efforts like that probably capsize your teams good effort most nights.

2018: 7 points on 2 of 7 fg, only 1 of 5 from 3.

2017: The last time he actually played well v.s ISU but in a losing effort. 7-13 fg and 5 of 10 from 3, 19 points

2016: Freshman Jorbo struggled in his first Cy-Hawk game. 2-8 fg, 2-6 from 3, finishing with 8 points. Jorbo being in his athletic prime, did manage to rip down 5 boards in that one.

Total Stats:
  1. 14-47 Fg, good for 29.8%
  2. 13-34 3pt, 38.2% aided heavily by 2017's effort, he is only shooting 30% if you throw that one out
  3. 9.8 ppg
  4. Rebounding unimportant, since his only rebound are and have always been chasing down shots that go long and bounce a few times prior to him picking up the ball.
So in essence, he shoots 10% worse from the field vs ISU then he does anyone else (career 39.2%) 2% worse from 3 (career 40.3%) and averages 2 ppg less (11.5)

Maybe Jorbo should actually put up or shut up in this game instead of rely on his teammates to bale him out all the time. No Luka this year. I wonder if Murray will go off for 35 and 15? Even if he does, someone else is going to have to step up for the hawks to beat the clones this year.

The funny thing is none of those Prohm teams played D. He may start crying in this years contest when Brockington goes out there and bodies him.
