Oh, make no mistake, Fran will get run out of town. It will make me sad but you saw the pitchfork sharpening start to occur after halftime of the Oregon game. They will turn this Bowen recruit into some hope. They will flounder through a .500 year and have more recruiting troubles next year. About the time ISU throttles them in CHA in December of '22, the official call will go out.
Just state we are starting an indepth "investigation" and have hired Hush-Blackchild to complete it.

Not sure. He's not even a top 150 recruit on Rivals or 247. My guess is he is on ESPN which they give everyone a 4 star ranking
LMAO we are good in the backcourt for the foreseeable future with:
1.) Top 35 Fringe five star recruit Tyrese Hunter
2 ) Top 75 four star recruit Eli King who Franny boy went after hard.
3.) Hometown Tamin Lipsey who was a five star recruit and gold medal winner before the knee injury which he has since recovered from and will likely end up ranked higher than Bowen.
Congrats on your three star 150+ rated point guard though. It will be Frans crown jewel on the recruiting trail for the next several years.
He’s got almost an identical rating as Dudley Blackwell. We all know how that turned out.
Meanwhile, their women's coach Lisa Bluder has two in the last two tournaments with one being an Elite Eight.

Lol this is just how Iowa media members treat their fans. Just like Barta does. Like they aren’t capable of doing research on their own to find out facts. This kid is not a 4 star. And no, Iowa fans who will get mad at me for stating a fact, this doesn’t mean the kid is bad.
Ironically their last Sweet Sixteen came in 1998 and was the last season of the guy they "ran" and did not contract extend, Tom Davis and his .660 and .525. Essentially canned because he didn't win the conference or make deep NCAA runs and had stumbled to the NIT his next to last year. Maybe the best final season for a fired lame duck coach by going Sweet Sixteen. They haven't been past the field of 32 since, even with a generational POY guy they lucked into.
