Shooting more efficiently, especially from 3, passing the ball better, improved from the free throw line, and a little better defensively. All of this while seeing a lot more doubles than last year. He’s quite a bit better in my eyes.I don't see a notable difference. To the naked eye, I thought he was more dominant last year. Could be just due to the element of surprise though. I mean nobody saw it coming last year.
He’s fat lolWhy doesn't he play currently when Fran plays any freshman with a pulse?
Alright, this is where I draw the line. Lol he aint fast. He’s pretty fast for his size.
He’s fat lol
Only one of the guys he listed is a 4 star and hes not going to IowaInteresting. I hope they can reel them all in. Just beware, ISU has had more than a couple 4-star kids not pan in the last 5 years.
He didn't go pro last year because he wanted to come back and set records for Iowa. He knows his draft stock wouldn't plummet barring him being awful or him getting injured. He also knew it wouldn't be able to rise much after his incredible year last year. He's still sitting in that late 2nd round / undrafted area.Shooting more efficiently, especially from 3, passing the ball better, improved from the free throw line, and a little better defensively. Someone might take a 2nd round flier on him. Still think his best shot at a long pro career is in Europe though.Shooting more efficiently, especially from 3, passing the ball better, improved from the free throw line, and a little better defensively. According to 247, Brown is top 100 and a 4 star. Same deal as shaver. And yes Nickel is likely going to be a Hawk.Only one of the guys he listed is a 4 star and hes not going to Iowa
I mean out of all the offers he has Iowa is probably the 2nd best program currently? Behind VA Tech. I know he’s high on Iowa though.Only one of the guys he listed is a 4 star and hes not going to Iowa
his 3pt percentage went up 10 percentage points
Shaver isn't even close to a 4 star by 247 and Brown is #157 in their composite. Stop lyingAccording to 247, Brown is top 100 and a 4 star. Same deal as shaver. And yes Nickel is likely going to be a Hawk.
Iowa is a better program than Indiana and LSU? Lol noI mean out of all the offers he has Iowa is probably the 2nd best program currently? Behind VA Tech. I know he’s high on Iowa though.
Hey! That's good for us. Did we have a top 160 guy in last class?Lol Brown is #157 in the class and Shaver is #150
I disagree. I don’t think he had any shot of getting drafted last year. Now I’d be pretty confident saying he will, whether that’s mid-late second round. He also never had the chance to be the guy during march madness which is a dream for many.He didn't go pro last year because he wanted to come back and set records for Iowa. He knows his draft stock wouldn't plummet barring him being awful or him getting injured. He also knew it wouldn't be able to rise much after his incredible year last year. Rip the bandaid off, so the saying goes.Prohm was much more efficient and effective at destroying a program in a quicker amount of time than Fran was in building one. Congrats?
Currently? Yeah. Would you say ISU currently has a better football program than TCU?Iowa is a better program than Indiana and LSU? Lol no
Recency bias is such a *****Iowa is a better program than Indiana and LSU? Lol no
Sandfort was 140. Class before no. I never said he was some bad recruit but don't lie and say someone is a 4 star recruit when they're not lolHey! That's good for us. Did we have a top 160 guy in last class?
Do you think that will be the difference maker in a professional career? I personally think its defensive footwork.I remember ISU fans mocking him for his offseason work on getting better at three pointers. Seems to have paid off.
