I'm glad they played some games, but the whole season was a mess.
Same here. The fact is a 6 win season in '20 was good enough to get Iowa ranked #16 in the final AP poll. It wasn't what a typical 6 win year would be (which is crap).

For the conferences that screwed themselves, yes. Do you hold the same feeling for this basketball season?I'm glad they played some games, but the whole season was a mess.
Bump for @Legend HawkBut it's not true because Iowa State played 4 ranked teams in the Big 12 and Iowa played 1 this year

Heard you finished dead ******* last with Bollers.Iowa State finished 5th for Bollers? You get nothing for not finishing first for a recruit. I'm just letting you know he's more interested in Iowa State than Iowa just like Bollers was
You can look at them differently from the perspective that they played less games. I'm not sure what else you can say after that.I sure would. If 1 or 2 of the Power conferences played 33-40% less basketball games than the other 4 Power conferences, how can you not look at them differently?
Why would you ever include data from 15-19 but then leave out the most recent year? How is my data for '15-'19 not true because of what happen in '20?
I would say that ISU clearly had a better '20 season that Iowa did (finished higher in the final AP top 25 poll), and clearly played a tougher conference schedule than Iowa did (4 ranked opponents to Iowa's 1).
Bump for @Legend HawkWhy would you ever include data from 15-19 but then leave out the most recent year?
Yes I didn't see any answer on why you left out the most recent season when comparing who plays a tougher scheduleI already answered that? You need me to cut and paste that for you?

No they wussed and didn't play UAB and Georgia. Save your ******** for those that will actually believe your whining.Iowa played 40% of it's normal schedule, win totals are going to be skewed big time. 6 wins in a normal year is horrible, Iowa didn't have a horrible year, they just only got to play 8 games. As I said if you wanna talk win %, that's cool.
So why are you bringing up 2015-19?What are you talking about, I said ISU played the tougher schedule in '20?
5-12 vs top 25 teams for Iowa during that time span?? not a great look at all'15 MSU(L), Wisconsin(W), NW(W)
'16 Wisconsin(L), Penn St(L)., Michigan (W)
'17 OSU(W), Penn St.(L), MSU(L), Wisconsin(L), NW(L)
'18 NW(L), Penn St(L).

Sorry, it was 17 Big10 teams that were ranked in final top 25 AP poll that Iowa played over the last 5 non pandemic years. ISU played 16 Big12 teams ranked in the final AP top 25 over that same time period.
Brutal.5-12 vs top 25 teams for Iowa during that time span?? not a great look at all
So,... those were the opponents after the FINAL AP poll. What were they ranked when the games were actually played?5-12 vs top 25 teams for Iowa during that time span?? not a great look at all
