Manning up and playing everyone is no joke. The joke is that a conference championship game really is not necessary since the conference was already decided. It's nothing more than a cash grab.
That's a LOT to ask of them. They need to start with baby steps... play someone, ANYONE, that is ranked first. Then work your way up to The big boys.
