That Sun Belt team would likely be favored over every single team Iowa beat this year.
Its not hard, you are mad at the wrong program.
You think OSU is being gifted a playoff spot which is wrong.
ISU could be playing a win and you are in the playoffs game on Saturday against OU but Campbell couldnt beat ULL in the opener.
I'd rather play anyone but Iowa, not because I'm afraid we will lose, but rather to avoid the incessant dip-****ery involved with their fanbase.

I couldn't care less about OSU and I don't think ISU has any shot at the playoffs and never have I said anything to the contrary.
However, ISU has elevated itself to the national stage. We'll see how they handle it. I am not too worried, they will be here again.
You are the triggered one. You can't see any path for your team to garner national relevance this season so your best play is to try to diminish the accomplishments of another - except - no one cares what you think.
Don't despair though, looks like KF has weathered the discovery of his racist culture and considering the conference Iowa plays in, they should be in a position to flirt with another 8-4 or 9-3 season next year. Heck, they should be favored to win their division.
Don't forget, however, whatever bowl game ISU ends up in (especially if it is in Texas) some Iowa fans will be there in their bumblebee attire just to cheer against Iowa State.
I dont plan on traveling to any bowl game. Frankly, it is pretty moronic to do unless you plan on quarantining for a couple weeks when you get back.
I will disagree about the national attention. The hawkeyes were front and center this summer in national attention.
and Iowa State has done everything and then some than Iowa has ever done to win a conference title. Iowa never had to win a championship game. Iowa only ever won playing just 8 conference games and never went round robin. Oh and when Iowa won it, they tied for it (only exception was 1985), and to top it off, in the years Iowa tied or was co-champ, THEY NEVER EVEN PLAYED THE CO-CHAMP!!!! That is a chicken sh%t conference title, but that is the kind Iowa has won.
It seems the sliver of success has gone to your head. No class or decorum showed during this great season for ISU. Unfortunately, Oklahoma is inevitable and it all comes crashing down this Saturday.
Iowa is favored by 14 over Michigan this weekend.
