Big reason why Iowa was able to keep the best RB in the midwest in check or at least slow him down. That RB is a beast.

Any rational college football fan can understand who's good and who's bad in the Big 10.
Tier 1 - Ohio State
Tier 2 - Indiana & Wisconsin
Tier 3 - Northwestern & Purdue
Tier 4 - Iowa & Maryland
Tier 5 - Nebraska, Minnesota, Rutgers, Michigan State, Michigan, Penn State, Illinois
Yeah, well, Wisconsin and Ohio State haven't beaten anyone either. Indiana is better than Purdue and Northwestern.Indiana is a tier 3 team. They are fool's gold. Haven't beat a single team that is good. They play Ohio state this weekend. So I guess we will see.
My guess is they loose by 4 scores minimum

Remember Joe Evans has graded out as one of the worst DE in the country yet he's splitting snaps with a beastVanValkenberg rotates a lot with Evans. He technically starts, but only plays 50% of the snaps.
What a beast
Indiana is a 21.5 point underdog to Ohio State this weekend. Vegas snatching that fake ID right out of their hands
I would bet it’s atleast that much.OSU will be going for style points too. I wouldn't be shocked to see a 45-17 type win.

Oooooo.... Iowa versus Rutgers. What juicy matchup that is.I take back my initial prediction of Iowa not getting to 5 wins. I think they do. They'll get 4th in the Big 10 West and match up against Maryland, Rutgers or Michigan on the opposite side.
Match up with them for what?I take back my initial prediction of Iowa not getting to 5 wins. I think they do. They'll get 4th in the Big 10 West and match up against Maryland, Rutgers or Michigan on the opposite side.
The cross over game at the end of the year that everyone in the Big 10 gets. Iowa, the #4 in the West will likely play either Michigan, Maryland, or Rutgers depending on how those teams end up. I'm leaning towards Rutgers losing out though.Match up with them for what?
They will be right where any logical person knows they are. Probably not even a top25 team or in the lower rankings. How much do they drop in the rankings after Ohio State blows them out by 21+?Oh I'm in full agreement with you. I think Indiana should realistically be ranked somewhere in the lower teens. We'll find out just how good Indiana is in these upcoming weeks.
Probably where they should be at this very moment, in the lower teens. They will be right where any logical person knows they are. Probably not even a top25 team or in the lower rankings. How much do they drop in the rankings after Ohio State blows them out by 21+?
See, even this I don't agree with. I think Indiana TRULY is a tier 3 team. They just haven't faced anyone with a pulse.Any rational college football fan can understand who's good and who's bad in the Big 10.

Very, very, VERY poor effort. Even you don't believe that.Big reason why Iowa was able to keep the best RB in the midwest in check or at least slow him down. That RB is a beast.
You realize their is a difference between just having "depth" meaning guys who have played game snaps and having QUALITY depth....right?Yep. Having young depth at the D-line is awesome.
I think Indiana is a tier better than Northwestern & Purdue, however would agree that they're probably not on the level of Wisconsin until they prove it against a good opponent.See, even this I don't agree with. I think Indiana TRULY is a tier 3 team. They just haven't faced anyone with a pulse.
He played the most snaps (59) of any Iowa defensive lineman against MinnesotaVanValkenberg rotates a lot with Evans. He technically starts, but only plays 50% of the snaps.
