Man, I was really high on Purdue hiring and retaining Brohm (Louisville offer) but he just does not appear to be turning the corner.
You're not wrong that it's gotten better. The big jump by Minnesota helps. Nebraska should be better? I think? Northwestern will probably make a leap forward from their abysmal year last year, and then honestly I have no idea what to think about Purdue and Illinois. I could see both winning 6 games while also seeing both only win 3. It's still Wisconsin's to lose though.
Considering we have had 2 commits since the "trainwreck" started and 0 decommits I don't understand where you are going with this.
Last year Purdue was plagued on the offensive side of the ball which completely erased their ability to beat virtually anyone. They were close to a few W's though that would've put them in a bowl game. Rondale Moore only playing 4 games was a killer.
Recruits simply seeing how this plays out. Decommits are inevitable if there is a coaching change...new commits though with the new staff. Who knows, maybe Barta makes a good choice.
I'd say they just appear to be a little further away every day that goes by.

That SoundOff piece by andy was disgusting. Calling it "cancel culture" that wants Kirk fired. GTFOH with that s*** take. Sorry people are asking for accountability from a head coach who CLEARLY ignored black players saying they didn't feel comfortable.
Cubs put up a 4 spot on the Reds in the first so his St Louis butt hurt ass can suck on that too.
