Sorry if I used that term wrong. I don't think anyone should face criminal charges. It's obvious Doyle, Brian, Kirk and Wallace shouldn't have jobs though. That's the justice I'm referring to

Edit: for all the non-track guys, if my back is running an above 12s 100m, I want him to be 265 with his hand in the dirt. I prefer a back that runs a whole second faster than that.
