Yeah I wasn't arguing just discussing it all. I don't see any reason with wanting to receive more playing time lol. He saw two similar situations and thought he'd jump at the opportunity to play for Iowa instead of playing for Oregon State. I mean, who wouldn't want to do that?
Not sure if Brock would've gotten the opportunity had he gone to Alabama. If Brock wanted to transfer to Alabama at this point, I'm sure they would take him. But they might not have given him the same shot as Iowa State did, which is going to end up working incredibly well for him.
How so? I think Jones is a rs Jr actually. and that 5* will be second string or see time. Where does an unproven Purdy fit into bamas plans?
He's saying that if Purdy had gone to Alabama from the beginning, he'd be unproven, which is true. If Alabama could have Purdy at this very moment, they'd for sure take him as their starter.
