That was originally what started all this claiming that NCAA Tournament quality teams aren't "decent". Then some crazy person doubled down to claim only Sweet 16's were decent years for ISU and therefore should be the standard. That is just stupid. If ISU makes the NCAA tournament at all this year, ISU fans will be crazy happy, as they should be.

Kind of like how ISU fans are missing the glory days of Hilton Magic and Fred Hoiberg about now. Prohm has destroyed all of that.
I have only talked about 5 NCAA quality teams of Fran's as being decent, and I'm pretty sure I've never seen anyone talk about some NIT year. Sure I get you are hoping Prohm makes it that far this year, but we are talking Iowa's standard here, and that is clearly the NCAA Tournament.

How are you an "NCAA quality team" 5 times if you have only made the tourney 3 times?
I remember either buddy or benji stated about 4-5 years ago that Nebraska should not be able to talk about their past championships since they were too long ago. Their last championship was 1997. So five year later would be 2002. So following hawkeye logic, they better start yammering about that 2002 season because after this year, they will need to shut that talk down.

Remember ISU is the STEM school. U of I is the liberal arts school. I totally defer to them when it comes to 1500s literature and the history of dance; I side with ISU with math and science.
You asked when Iowa won a Big10 title and I told you. @Lemmiwinks posted one picture and this seems to have triggered some ISU posters.
So what other pandemic am I missing where Iowa had a "NCAA quality team"? Fran made the tourney in 2015, 2016, 2019 and probably would have made the tourney this year. That's 4 times not 5
