Read this article and see if I quoted the draft expert correctly? It is in the paragraph on “What is holding him back?” I didn’t realize that quoting a draft expert equates to having a head issue. Man, pulling out two or three sentences from an article sure does send clone fans into a tizzy..

The 2018 season saw a true freshman quarterback post the highest passer efficiency rating in college football history and it wasn’t Trevor Lawrence. That quarterback was Brock Purdy. The Iowa State signal caller was a late-rising prospect who saw his recruitment explode late in his recruitment. Purdy hit the ground running in Ames and has put together two strong seasons of play. Purdy has a quick trigger and live arm.

This season was irrelevant conference and NCAA tournaments cancelled, there wasn’t a better year to be a bad team. You better pray Garza comes back because if he doesn’t Iowa is SCREWED.
I don’t think he’s first round caliber at this moment.
With that said, the kid is a stud. Stating otherwise is just wishful thinking from a rival fanbase.
This is what it has come to for isu basketball fans. Ecstatic that Covid hit so they didn’t have to endure Iowa in the NCAA tournament and now hoping and praying an Iowa player stays in the draft. Will you promise to extend CSP with all the talent isu has coming back and the awesome transfers you have lined up? Or is the strategy to have your AD to wield his massive power and get the season cancelled nationally? If not you have to wonder if isu can even get to 12 wins.
The thing is that I come here to get insight into what the isu fan base is thinking and what they really value. You guys really step up day after day making sure the isu fan base is perceived in all its glory.

I don’t speak for all ISU fans, but personally I was greatly disappointed that the tournament got called off. I would have loved to see Fran fail to reach another Sweet 16.
Actually I think you do speak for all clone fans in that your attention on Iowa is equal to or greater than that on isu.
