Have you ever thought maybe the fact that Big12 offense are just so hard to stop and that big 10 offense are a joke so makes the big 10 defenses look so much better. I mean outside of Ohio St offense The Big 10s are awful to watch.

I don't think you understand what the idiom "make-or-break" means. Would he have made Iowa better? Undoubtedly.
Frost can recruit rings around Miles though. I mean you were just talking recruiting, and Frost can and is killing Miles on the recruiting front.
Now you are defending Scott Frost and Nebraska? I've seen it all. Maybe time for you to hang it up for awhile.
I mean is any recruit "make or break" then? Iowa wins more games and probably a Big Ten West title with Eno. Instead you get Sargent with 300 carries in two years instead

Defending him? Just stating fact, guy has been recruiting well at Nebraska. The team is garbage, so that says even more about him. Teams like Texas and Nebraska that recruit well, but play like garbage always boggle my mind.
Congratulations for not understanding the impact culture has on a football teams wins and losses. I sure do hope isu coaches have the same level of understanding on the topic as you do.
The best? No, that would be Kolar. Dean is supposedly going to be good, but he has 2 SRs and a JR (who could have declared last year) in front of him. Unless there are major injuries, he's not going to get many snaps this coming year. If ISU had depth and talent at every position like they do at TE, they WOULD be competing for a national title, because that is one of the best TE rooms in the country. Unfortunately, they do not have that kind of talent or depth across the board.
Iowa Football won 19 games in those two years. While finishing 25th and 15th in the final AP polls during said years. I'm not going to complain.
Not so confusing...they don't recruit and/or develop well enough on the OL/DL.
Yeah, I know I said that a few post before. Yet since I dared make the observation that Frost has recruited well, I get called a Nebraska defender. LOL.
