Iowa Football Recruiting

Probably won’t have to worry about. Even if there is a season, doubtful there will be fans.

I think the only way to look at these SOS metrics is with a skeptical eye. I would never say one metrics is the only metric that is right. I especially wouldn't claim that Sagarins stuff (no matter what it is) is the only correct metric. I think his BB stuff is atrocious, and his football stuff isn't far behind.

That said though if you used his numbers as one part of a whole to look at things, well ok. I mean the fact that these numbers are so varied just proves to me there isn't just one metric that is right and others are wrong.

Unprovoked?? Sure thing their Benji. I could you see where your arrogance in person is much like it is on here.

I've been to both Kinnick and JTS for the game and have only had a couple instances at Kinnick when a punk kid, kinda like how I picture you, just say, "F you Cyclones!" Never had beer cans thrown at me. I sure hope the cans were empty that were thrown at you as it would be a waste of alcohol to have had them thrown at you.

You said this happened at you in Ames, I highly doubt it. You would have been a little more descriptive on where it happened in Ames, if you would have been at a game here. Nice try at trolling though!

But after playing OU, OSU, Texas, Baylor, etc. ISU would have seen as good or better WR groups already.

Purdue’s WR corps is right up there too. Minnesota had good WRs but they’re also stronger up front with the run game than the vast majority of Big 12 schools.

Glass houses.

As I was leaving Jack Trice after an Iowa-ISU game a while back, there was some drunk, jack*** fratboy standing on the east side of Beach, practically in the street, repeatedly shouting “**** the Hawks!” at the top of his lungs.

Nary a Hawkeye in sight, just a heavy stream of Cardinal and Gold heading towards Lincoln Way. Mothers with small children walking along trying to hurry past, glancing at him angrily.

This after we’d won.

As the OP said, there’s that part of the fan base on both sides. Don’t try to pretend that we’re somehow magically any better.
