Iowa Football Recruiting

On a weekly basis? You're saying Kansas, Kansas St., Texas Tech, West Virginia had WRs as good as Minney's? Bateman was 3rd team All-American, and he and Johnson were both 1st team All-B1G.

I think that's a stretch.
It’s not that big of a stretch.

Those teams you listed (aside from Kansas St and maybe WVU) all had good WRs. Were they all as good as Minnie’s? No.

But after playing OU, OSU, Texas, Baylor, etc. ISU would have seen as good or better WR groups already.

Sure some of them had good WRs, but I agree not as good as Minney's. Aside from maybe OU they wouldn't have seen a better WR group from any of them.

You haven't listed them which is why you won't now. It'd be way easier to just link them if they actually were real instead of bogging down an entire thread and pissing people off. This is how Benji used to always get banned because he'd make things up

Why would I get banned for this? I can provide a link to any mod that wanted to see that I have already listed these 7 SOS metric. Not only that you responded to that post. Heck it wasn't even two months ago. The only person lying here is you.

You can provide a link to any mod but can't post a link now? Lol!

Thought crossed my mind to go to Iowa/ISU game. Have to decide if I am willing to have stuff thrown at me again. Kids are older so less of a concern. Will have to debate.

I’d put OU, Baylor, Texas & OSU at a minimum right there.

Tech and TCU had fantastic receivers, but issues at QB.

I think the problem is most ISU fans never watched Minnesota. They had the 6th best Yard/Att in the country. The only Big12 team close to them was OU, they were at 10.9 Yard/Att and then LSU, then Minnesota at 10.2 Yard/Att. That is simply fantastic numbers.

OSU was at 8.1, Texas 8.0, Baylor 8.0, they weren't even close to OU or Minnesota.

I’ve had beer cans thrown at me and obscenities yelled at me in Ames, unprovoked. Unfortunately, there are a certain number of people in both fanbases that don’t know how to handle themselves.

Hold on, what did I make up? You really don't think I've listed 7 SOS metrics with links and what their final SOS numbers were for Iowa and ISU?

There's no chance you listed 7 reputable SOS metrics and that's why you're not doing it now. If you think you had 7 of them you would post them

Baylor, Texas, and OSU had zero All-American WRs, compared to Minney's 1, and none of them had more than 1 all conference WR, compared to Minney's 2 first-team all conference WRs.

But whatever you say.

I've never heard of a well respected grad school student getting a beer can thrown at them before so I call BS

I could be a first team All Conference WR in the Big Ten

I know Iowa made up a ton of ground on him since they offered, as he was pretty big ISU lean before the Iowa offer, but I hadn't heard he was leaning Iowa.

Iowa told him that he needed to camp with them in order to get an offer prior to the COVID stuff, and apparently he was considering just committing to Iowa State and not even attending the Iowa camp. Iowa made up a ton of ground here.

LOL, this is your whole setup? I mean you think I'm Charlie Brown and I'll list them yet again, just to have you reply the exact same way you did last time?

OK I'll ask you this. Do YOU think they're are 7 reputable SOS metrics out there and 5 of them say Iowa had a tougher schedule?
