so not a bet you'd make then? are the clones locked in as a 9?Probably be the same honestly. I think Iowa somehow stays on the 8/9 line even though a double digit seed is possible. Their RPI dropped to 49th last night!

Might want to check that one again...Your NET theory would also have the Minnesota Gophers in the tournament at 13-15
Play in game?
Don't think they will play in the first four round this year.
If they don't win another game then they will be an 8 or 9.
Win one and they are an 7 or 8
Win two and they are a 6 or 7
Win the BTT then they are a 4 or 5
Why are you even brining up RPI? The committee uses NET and that's it. Come on man.Probably be the same honestly. I think Iowa somehow stays on the 8/9 line even though a double digit seed is possible. Their RPI dropped to 49th last night!

Minnesota is 45. one spot ahead of OklahomaMight want to check that one again...
I expect Iowa to get in as a 7 or 8 seed, and the selection committee will give them a couple favorable matchups because Garza will be good for ratings. Not saying Iowa will for sure get to the Sweet 16, but I think the Selection Committee will help them out. They will probably play someone like Arizona State or UCLA in the first round, teams with absolutely no ability to defend Garza in the paint.

So if Iowa falls to the 8/9 line that's for sure a Fran fade right?
Nope, they made the tournament. That has already exceeded most fans expectations including mine.
Feb 12th you were a projected 4 seed. Lol how would falling to the 8/9 line not be a fade?
I agree, the coaches are better than Fran. I just don't know if either team has a good match up for Garza. Then again, Garza has filled it up almost regardless of his opponent this year. Arizona State is very guard oriented and would force Iowa to play small.UCLA has some athleticism and has been red hot lately. Maybe I'm ahead of my skis on this.Cronin or Hurley vs Fran? I know who I'd take. Cronin wouldn't lose to Fran twice a row
What were they projected at the beginning of the season? And that doesn't even include the injuries they have had.
So you basically think Fran has never faded
