ISR March to Madness thread

Keep Moving up day after day
UNI jumped Arizona State, which I don't understand. ASU had won 7 of their last 8, 9 of their last 11, including a ranked Arizona and a ranked Oregon. They were penalized for losing on the road @ UCLA, a bubble team, while UNI got bumped up for beating Evansville.

A lot goes into it. Uni has something that NET likes because a L has not knocked them down much and they keep gaining ground each day

Once Iowa loses to Penn State this weekend I'm guessing they will start to sweat again. Probably be on the 7/8 line. After they lose to Illinois they will be on the 9/10 area. Once again falling apart under Fran.
Almost

Didn’t watch. Penn State must’ve been bad today.

Iowa will be top 15 by Monday for the first week of March. Miss the days when that was us.
But they lost this week right? How could they move up 3 spots? For beating an overrated team?

This is like winning a kicking contest against a 1 legged midget.

The poster is a goofball at the least, and does a pretty poor or obvious job of trolling, but look...it's just as challenging for UNI to win a regular season conference championship competing against 9 other schools with similar resources and athletic profiles through the course of a round robin, 18 game conference season as it is for Iowa State to win a Big 12 regular season championship by the same criteria.

Of course, I'm biased because I'm a UNI fan/alum, but it's hard for any team; high major, mid-major, or low major, to win a regular season championship.

I’m glad to see other UNI fans in here. Fun year huh? You going to St. Louis?

For those keeping track at home. UNIs win over Drake moves them up 6 spots to 37 in the NET. Not sure how they can be left out of the NCAA tourney with that number
