Must have been one of the other trolls preaching about how ISU’s OL will be worse since some of those players didn’t start in 2019.
What makes you think the 2020 isu OL is going to be better with less experience than the bad OL isu had in 2019?

You claiming the ISU OL was bad in 2019 is enough of a clue to avoid this troll fight. What makes you think the 2020 isu OL is going to be better with less experience than the bad OL isu had in 2019?
We're sitting decent with Brecht. Bollers is a long shot but he still really likes us. Iowa is out on him he wants nothing to do with them

Hearing Bollers might not be a long shot anymore and we're right in the mix for him. Probably Wisconsin and us at #1 and #2
Anything other than 1st doesn’t really matterHearing Stanford if they offer is where he will end up. 3rd place for isu has to be worth something though.
They werent good. They also weren’t bad. What makes you think the isu OL in 2019 was good? Good OL’s find a way to convert on 3rd and 2 or 4th and one on a consistent basis.

Average by all accounts. There will be talent upgrades, without a doubt.
LOLSo if these players are so talented why didn’t they play over the starters they are replacing?
LOL
Why didnt Epenesa play over Hesse?
LOL
Why didnt Epenesa play over Hesse?
How stupid can you be?So if these players are so talented why didn’t they play over the starters they are replacing?
I have read on here from numerous Iowa posters how Eppy was a generational talent.Terrible comparison.
Hesse was an all conference player.
I never said just rushing the QB.Eppy didn’t start over Hesse because there is more to being a starting DE in the Iowa scheme than just rushing the QB.
Now are you going to explain how your new OL players are more “talented” than those that were on a bad line last year?
I have read on here from numerous Iowa posters how Eppy was a generational talent.
You dont need to defend that idiot.
How stupid can you be?
We are talking about redshirt freshmen and sophomores.
How do any offensive lines in the country get better from year to year?
Actually these are the type of posts I'm referencing:Actually that's what your head coach called him.
Epenesa will be the hardest to replace by far imo. He made so many game changing plays and was game planned around all year with extra blockers. Can't replace a talent like that with next man in type of players. He was a generational talent for a team like Iowa.

Generational player that was game planned around all year > Parker HesseIts a terrible argument. Epenesa was behind a guy that started for 3 plus years and was all conference.
ISU had back ups on the OL that couldn't beat out average to below average guys on the OL in some spots.
The evidence is coming from speak of the coaches, and recruiting rankings/offers of the younger OL. They are more talented, need this offseason to get bigger and stronger, hence why they weren’t forced into action in 2019. It’s not hard to comprehend, but I understand why it be for you.Wait so there is no evidence whatsoever that the players isu will trot out this year is anymore talented than the bad OL isu had in 2019?
Lines at Iowa get better by developing strength, conditioning and technique from coaching and hard work. Iowa has a long history of doing this too bad the same cant be said about isu. .
