And Iowa beat one top-25 team (Minnesota) who beat one top 25 team (Penn State). You didn't beat a single top 25 team all year long. Saying all of a sudden you beat multiple top 25 teams is just a fantasy of yours.

You were rested for Iowa and you lost (bye)
You were rested for Baylor and you lost (ULM)
You were rested for OSU and you lost (Texas Tech)
You were rested for K-State and you lost (Kansas)

I'd reckon that has more to do with conference bowl tie-ins. LolBingo. That's why they're playing before us vs a Pac 12 team and we get Notre Dame in Florida
Oh you think you're only well rested the week after playing an easier game? Lol the Big 12 is a season long grind. Getting to play a much much much easier schedule would benefit Iowa State. I'm not sure how you could even possibly argue that
Are we playing the first Michigan or the second Michigan?I have already said you beat the bad teams on Iowa's schedule. Heck I even added an extra win over a bowl team for you if you played Iowa's schedule.
Take Iowa out of it, and ISU couldn't beat K-State, OSU, Baylor and OU. Why all of a sudden would they beat Michigan, Penn St., Wisconsin or Michigan?

Because they'd be way more rested vs all those teams. Facing a cupcake schedule has its perks
You lost 4 games after facing cupcakes, rest had nothing to do with it.

I don't think we lost because we weren't rested. We lost because we failed to execute in critical situations. I honestly think we could win any of those games we lost if we got another chance to play them. We don't have another shot so there's nothing we could do. I also do think we could beat Wisconsin, Michigan, Penn State, or Minnesota. There's nothing to say we couldn't beat them because it's not like we were getting killed by those good teams we lost to. There's also nothing to say we couldn't lose to those teams either considering this is just a hypothetical situation that will never ever happen. You lost 4 games after facing cupcakes, rest had nothing to do with it.

Iowa would have lost to Oklahoma, Baylor, Texas and either Oklahoma State or Kansas State
At first I think you both are idiots. How the **** are you even arguing this ****. FFS.LOL, no.

Then realize the funniest thing about this entire dance @Legend Hawk is that you are here trying to convince Cyclone fans that Iowa is better than ISU in both sports. Ok. Cool.
Instead of letting you guys run with your nonstop b.s. Cytwins has got you fumbling with your own zipper trying to prove to your "little brother" that you are the big brother. Odd. The funniest thing is the programs are not that much different.
I have two teen boys. They fight a **** ton with each other, but when the other is doing really cool **** the other brother doesn't really care because he has is own thing going on. Genuinely if you stayed the **** away you and focused on the stuff your team is doing you wouldn't look so desperate...and stupid. @CyTwins owns you guys and you keep coming back over and over and over for it. I do give @Hawkmi (hawk meme) and a couple others here cred they keep it fun. You are a mess the last several days.
The funniest thing is you chasing @CyTwins around trying to prove him wrong instead he has another serving of cheese for you. You are going to waste your time, piss you off, mock you, make you less productive at work, and get in your head. Enjoy your cheese:

Get out of here with your common sense and rational take. No room for that here.
Lol the hypothetical scenarios just don't carry any weight. You play the schedule you have. No other way around it.Get out of here with your common sense and rational take. No room for that here.
there is no debate about who is better.
At 10-2 we could be playing a team like Virginia, instead we're 7-5 playing Notre Dame.. Unreal what Jamie Pollard has done for this school.Unless you could swap schedules which you can't. A man can wish though. Going into a bowl looking at a possible 11th win would be sweet
