In all honesty, it probably has a lot to do with what a huge percentage of the Hawks's total offense that the TEs accounted for. Hockenson and Fant. Hockenson's numbers exceeded Fant's so he got the award.

While I agree Hock's numbers were a great percentage, Kolar is the second leading "receiver" on the #12 offense in the country. That's why I think it's weird he's not on there.
