Nebraska’s schedule too difficult for Scott Frost

This has been the problem at ISU for a very long time. They have always seemed to find some nice skill people, DBs and LBers, but the lines on both sides have been way below par. Now somehow CMC has solved the DL issues, which were the worst of the two, but the OL has just never gotten there. Hopefully they have the OL figured out with some better recruiting the last 2 years.

Takes years to build up that depth but only takes a couple seasons to unravel too. Iowa’s problem seems to be the opposite. Recruit and build up depth well everywhere but RB/WR.

So is John Stradley the CyBri of the In-State Forum, or are they literally the same poster with two screen names? Because I detect the same amount of intelligence from both - very little.

Willie Taggart fired today at FSU because he is only 9-12. Scott Frost at 8-13 however is still on track. Hard to imagine how long his leash must be. Hey, Hoiball in 2 days!!!!

I was having fun just bashing Frost until this craziness started.

Trust me, I had no plans to go down this road. And I know you're probably just trolling. But it's ridiculous to say the Big 10 is stronger than the Big 12 when almost every objective ranking has the Big 12 ranked #1 and the Big 10 ranked #3 or #4. Check out the Massey rankings. I'm done responding to your trolling.

He’s right, mate.

Big Ten certainly more teams at the top, but a huge black eye towards the middle/bottom.

Jeez, Minnesota’s Big 10 schedule to date is embarrassingly bad. No wonder they are undefeated.

dont hire an up and coming coach who had his breakout year with one of the best qbs in college football in a decade, namely mckenzie milton.

someone email jamie please
after my email to him friday ranting about not groveling to the elites im likely blocked

Nebraska 2020 schedule sets them up for success:

Home game - Purdue
Home Game - Central MIchigan
Home Game - South Dakota State
Home Game - Cincinnati
Road game - Northwestern (1-8 in B1G 2019)
Home game - Illinois (4-5 in B1G 2019)
Road Game - Rutgers (0-9 in B1G 2019)

You have to think every Husker fan is going to just assume 7 - 0 at this point in the schedule. So now they are ranked about #12 in the country going to Ohio State with a ton of confidence.

Road game - Ohio State
Home game - Penn State
Road game - Iowa
Road game - WIsconsin
Home game - Minnesota

So those last 5 games are a little stronger competition but after those first 7 games they will have learned how to win and will be a major force and super confident for that home stretch. All of Huskerville no doubt sees 9 - 3 as a worst case scenario for next year. But 10 - 2 more likely and with some luck, who knows!!!!!!! Alright, it's official, Nebraska is back in the hunt for the CFP. Oh, and Adrian Martinez, again for the Heisman, is a no-brainer.
Can't wait!

SDSU and Cincy are going to be tough games. NW will likely be up following their horrific down year this year. Could easily see Nebraska at 5-2 before heading to Columbus.

SDSU and Cinci could both be L's. NW will probably be on the uptick next year and Illinois will give them all they can handle. Oh and **** Nebraska!

Even Purdue might not be a gimme. Brohm's a good coach and I don't think they'll go 4-8 again next year.
