Because he might have more touchdowns? Really? So Stanley was better than Purdy last year? There’s not a single sane Iowa fan who would rate Stanley above Banks or Long, barring a huge breakout year this year.

Randy Duncan, who played well enough to be the first overall NFL draft pick. You’re delusional. Brad Banks in 2002 had 26 TD and only 5 interceptions. Delusional.

Do you even look at stats/winning? He’s not coming anywhere near Chuck Long's yardage record, unless he has an all time season. Again, that would put him in the discussion. More importantly, he has to have a signature season. He has to contend for a league title. More than 10 wins. I know as an ISU fan you don’t really consider wins as a measure for QB's, after all, not much history of winning, but at Iowa winning games are important.
