I actually didn't mean for it to sound like that. I meant for it to sound like Wieting isn't proven.. I'm sure he's skilled.

If you think you have 5 RB's or 7 WR's that are starter material because the word "Or" is all over your depth chart I cannot help you.

I think they’d feel ‘ok’ with 3-4 of the RB’s and yes, probably 6-7 WR’s.
There’s no chance that TJ or Noah get offensive rookie of the year. TEs almost always take a year to develop.
Allen and Kolar combined for 19 catches, 221 yards, and 3 TDs. Do you really think Iowa’s starting TE isn’t going to surpass those pedestrian numbers? He’ll probably put up a stat line that is close to 2x those numbers.
A TE hasn't won AP ROTY since 1961. A RB wins it every other year. Silly to compare the two positions with that award. Even sillier to be talking up someone as ROTY when a regular season snap hasn't even been taken.

You’ve clearly never heard Ferentz talk before - he rarely praises anyone, so when he singles guys out it is pretty noteworthy. He usually just says things like “player/position x has done some good things, but we still have a lot of work to do.”
