That was also back when you guys had a QB that could put a little touch on the ball...
Beathard was also injured for 75% of the season and could barely move for a couple games.
I'm sorry, if he could barely move, and was that hurt, he probably needed to be sat down once in a while.
In my mind I think it has more to do with the fact that CJ Beathard was the QB at that time, and less about the skill of the WR's.
this is how arrogant hawkeye fans are. they will have to answer for that on judgement day.

The injured version of CJ Beathard wasn’t any better than Stanley is.
