If Wirfs did this on a Thursday before a game he'd still be playing on Saturday too. Why wouldn't he be? KF didn't even punish him.

The point was Wirfs wasn’t arrested he was cited. Peavey was arrested 2 days before a game and CMC being the tough disciplinarian he is let him play anyway.
I think what most ISU fans are trying to say, at least I am, is that KF is no more a disciplinarian than any other coach, especially CMC.

Iowa has had plenty of arrest issues under KF that anyone saying he is a saint and has handled everything perfectly isn’t being truthful.
I do know that recruiting changed in a major way about ten years ago and KF put additional staff in place resulting in the number of legal problems decreasing.

Is he any better or more strict at handling off the field issues than the majority of college football coaches in your opinion?
I think CMC handles issues about how most coaches in the country do, not any better or worse.
