Iowa Football Recruiting

Yeah Oregon, Clemson, Texas, Notre Dame all suck LOL.
4 schools...there are 14 in the SEC and many of them schedule patsies. If you don’t think the SEC’s overall noncon schedule is weak we’ll just agree to disagree

I never said it was strong. You are just randomly throwing this into the point of me saying almost half the B1G West dont schedule a non con P5 team when you were boasting about them making a bowl game.

You realize if the shoe was on the other foot you'd be making fun of us.

Curious what you think would have been appropriate punishment understand that, legally, this infraction is on the level of a speeding ticket.
This is an interesting scenario. Wirfs has made a previous bad decision relating to alcohol. While he was not cited for drinking it is a gray case. I am not advocating a stricter punishment, but I certainly understand that it could be justified.

Was he cited for consumption?

Not sure. Doubt he was drinking water but you never know. I know of people who got that ticket before who didn't get a PAULA because they were smart enough to not be holding a drink when cops came through

I checked Iowa Courts it is not a citation for underage consumption. His DUI case has been moved to a traffic ticket. Clearly he satisfied the deferred judgement requirements. Good for him.

Hopefully he can stay out of trouble moving forward. Way too much talent to be out there continuing to break the law
