I saw Purdy’s “highlight video” that you linked somewhere, which consisted of a handful of nice plays and 3+ minutes of Purdy throwing passes to wide open receivers.

You realize you're the only one on this website that does this shtick with watching other teams play? ISU, IA, UNI, Kansas, Baylor, KState, Wazzu, Oklahoma State all has had fans on here recently and have admitted to watching other team's games.
But not you. You know routes, 50/50 balls, defensive coverage, etc based off drive charts.

What schtick? I can honestly say I didn’t watch a single Iowa State game other than the match-up against Iowa. I have seen highlight videos from several games, have read some of the fans’ comments on this message board, and follow several people on Twitter who retweet a lot of Iowa State stuff. Nothing I have said regarding Iowa State should be that controversial, as it is all things that are already being said by Iowa State fans or things that can be gathered very easily from watching 5 minute highlight videos.

How do you know this off drive charts?

Again, how do you know Jones is nothing more than a check down receiver, based off your review of drive charts?

I don’t examine Iowa State’s drive charts. I looked at like two games’ worth one time to see which distances Iowa State was kicking field goals/going for it on 4th down from.

Did you not watch Iowa State’s game against Oklahoma State? At least a half dozen of Iowa State’s completions were to wide open receivers resulting from blown coverage.
