NCAA Tournament Poll

Which part or all of it?
The Iowa part. For the first time in a while the B1G appears to have some depth and I think for Iowa to finish above either Michigan, tOSU, Indiana, or Wisconsin isn’t likely. So, after those teams they are at best 6th. That’s with no surprises.

Both in and both 5 seeds.

One half of that makes me pretty happy and one half makes me puke but gots to calls it as I sees it

I see an appointment with the eye doctor in your future. ;)

Just poking at you a bit. You could very well be right.

ISU will need to rack up conference wins since they have no quality non-conference wins.

Iowa will need to avoid their annual collapse and finish at least .500 in conference.

It's quadrants this year. Not as simple as Top 100. The non-con was pretty nondescript for both teams, frankly.

After watching the game against Bryant, ISU getting the wins they need in conference and Iowa collapsing just might be exactly what will happen. First, the Iowa D....granted, Bryant was just like Baer against us(shooting out of their gourds) but some of those drives by their guards to the basket were just too easy. Reminded me of how Iowa played D last year.

And second, we are healthy now........the Hawks are not. Outside of a couple of games, we did not hurt our chances. And I cannot see us getting worse with Wigginton and Young back in the mix. Don't know how you will do without Garza. But if the D that was played against Bryant was any indication........look out.

Good thing the Big 12 is a quality conference and ISU is at full strength finally.

If Iowa goes 10-10 in B1G play and avoids a first round exit in the conference tournament I think they're on the right side of the bubble.

They have a stretch of road games against middle to lower tier big ten teams (@Purdue, @NW, @PSU). Probably gotta have 2 of those 3.

I think Iowa needs to do damage now. Frans teams aren’t great finishers.
Last 6 are vs Mary, vs Indy, @tOSU, vs Rutgers, @Wisky, @Nebby.

While none of those are Michigan level, I could see them hiccuping on some of these and go 2-4.
I think at 2-4 I was too optimistic.
