Per Jon Miller Iowa>Bucky

You posted his offers out of JUCO, I posted his offers out of HS. Derp

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Wow, I knew you had some weak angle going here. I'm sure you think ISU beat out Bama and Auburn for Jacob Park. LOLOLOLOLOL

Having watched most of the game, I thought Iowa was the better team. The punt return touch fumble was brutal. ISU has had these types of games in the past. They hurt way more than a normal loss, say this year's OU where OU was never really threatened. Hell this years IA game hurt more than OU as I thought ISU was better in many areas.

I'm not doing 19 years of Ferentz.

Every fan base has some dumb fans.

I mean do you even know what you have in Mansell? Stanley was pretty terrible through 2 weeks, played well against an FCS team and then had a complete choke job at home this last game. If Mansell is good it is a fair question even if it's probably not realistic at this point because of KF and his track record

I just hate the "better team lost" argument. Can you take positives away from a loss? Sure. But to suggest a team lost solely due to their own mistakes is asinine. First, it puts an emphasis on a certain period of time being more important than others, which is complete nonsense. Sure, maybe Iowa played best the first 3 quarters, but that 4th quarter winds up being pretty damn important. So you may have played better for a larger portion of the game, but that's entirely meaningless. And to act like a mistake here or there did you in is also short sighted. It's not as though Wisconsin didn't have mistakes throughout.

The score is all that matters. The "better team lost" stuff in nonsense. I see Miller and Leisitkow have, not unexpectedly, jumped on that bandwagon and I find it so comical.

I also love that Miller, in proclaiming that this game was for the Rose Bowl, has essentially just acknowledged what a steaming pile of **** the Big Ten West is, and particularly Iowa and Wisconsin's remaining schedule. It's basically conceding there is no one else in their conference with a pulse. Wisconsin at least has at Michigan as well.
