Like someone else said, either he will retire or go to the American if a DH spot opens up. He's beat up from surgeries and getting old.

i don't think it'll be the Cubs. The Cubs will need one more impact bat luckily there will be a few available.

Well, if the Cubs don't get back into the game today, they can be thankful that the Brewers are playing the Pirates - we have been absolutely awful against them this year. I'll be happy if we could muster up a series win against them - but I'm not too optimistic. Anyway, still hope that both of our teams are the ones representing the NL Central in the playoffs (I think it is going to be very, very difficult for us to catch you - I just hope we can, at the very least, hang on to our WC lead during this final stretch).

Had to listen to the Sox broadcast on my way back from Ames tonight. That was painful. Those guys are terrible. The only thing that would have been worse would have been having to listen to Hawk.
