Nebraska cancelled. Wonder about them now during championship week.
Keith Murphy mentioned that we might play somebody Big 12 Championship weekend. Goes without saying, but that is if we're not playing in it.
Nebby vs. ISU; Sunday, Sept. 2; 4 PM -- High School field, Harlan, IA.

That tweet about Montana makes a lot of sense. We can't just schedule any team with a bye that week, because they already have 12 schedule games. Gonna need to be an FBS/FCS who also had to cancel tonight, and obviously who has an opening that week.
I'm convinced we'll play a game on October 20. Just sucks we couldn't get a tune up game for Iowa.
Gonna guess both ISU and Nebby would want a home game for $. Even if you get to host, that's going to be a fat check to write to NU. And I think both schools would prefer a "guarantee" win game.

That would be some consolidation at least. As much as this sucks for the fans, it has to be way worse for the team.
What if Montgomery gets hurt on Oct 20 playing a meaningless game? Skip it and focus on more important games. Think bigger people
