This just reaffirms why Iowa is better off with out Carton, why would you want a guard who can get blocked by a running back. #HawkLogic

Nah, he's hiding out in the Cubs and Brewers 2018 Season threads. Since there has been such "swings and misses" by his beloved hoks, he's gone onto bandwagoning as a Cubs fan. As evidence of this, he never posted in the Brewers thread, and I RARELY saw him in the Cubs thread, UNTIL the Cubs started gaining, and then eventually taking, the lead in the NL Central. He is truly the living embodiment of the Tavernhok - bandwagoners through and through.I see Yeahbuddy took his ball and went to his moms basement tonight.

Yeah, pretty pathetic that MC probably won't achieve a top 50 recruiting class until his second full recruiting cycle at ISU. Pathetic. I'm emailing Pollard. Obviously ISU is going to drop as classes fill out, but I don't see them dropping out of the top 50.Fran at least has a couple Top 50 finishes in the recruiting rankings....CMC, not so much.

Go Cubs!
Depends how big their class is. IIRC their current average player rating would be somewhere in the 40’s or 50’s based on last year’s recruiting rankings, if they take somewhere around 20-22 kids.
Reevaluations will help out our average a lot. Both our RBs composites are way too low. Hell rivals has Hall as a two star l
Maybe. A few guys could get adjusted down, too. Really tough to evaluate Hall- he’s got a great combo of size and speed, but his highlight video is him just running through gaping holes and outrunning the entire defense. Also, I don’t think Brock’s composite is too low- he seems about right for a guy that isn’t super dynamic as a runner.
Lol what? Brock has trucked people before. With his size, speed and power there's a reason he's an elite prospect
Yeah he’s a very strong and powerful runner. Not going to make anybody miss in the open field, though. Regardless, I didn’t realize that offers from Minnesota, Iowa State, and Northwesterm = elite prospect. Strange that such an elite prospect didn’t have any elite schools after him.
Another meaningful contribution to an Iowa thread by @CyCrazy
Why didn't you also list Notre Dame and Michigan State?Yeah he’s a very strong and powerful runner. Not going to make anybody miss in the open field, though. Maybe Iowa should go after the Purdue type players from what I saw last year. The Notre Dame offer wasn’t committable. And considering there has been nothing linking Brock to Michigan State since they “offered”, I’m going to guess the same is true there. If you want to believe that Brock had a valid offer from MSU and was considering Purdue and Minnesota instead, knock your socks off.
