Iowa Football Recruiting

Deuce Hogan making his decision on Friday. Iowa and Iowa State both offered and he visited both schools earlier this month.

I mentioned that a couple pages back but it got buried by all the troll posts asking each other for a "link".

Hogan is Iowa bound from what I have read.

Yeah, ISU is not in on him. Tbh, QB is one of the main position groups I am not worried about stocking up with for the next couple classes. We have a nice cupboard and I think the guys we have verbally committed right now could be nice players for us in the future.

Since @ThriceHawk likes to disagree with everything I will look at some of his hot old takes

You're pleased a guy who has taken Iowa to 3 straight NCAA appearances would get extended?

Yes I am

Fran has never been close to being in danger or wanted out by the fans.

Spoke two years too soon

They have the ability to move on from Temple to upset Villanova and make the sweet 16

Lol

Williams
Jok
Jones
Wagner
Cook

Great prediction on that starting lineup

Quarells already in the 2 deeps after only practicing 14 days, impressive.

Lol

You guys don't get any premium info. You have puppets who are wrong more than they are right

Known for over a week that Goodson will be committing to Iowa on July 3rd. Knew Sunday AM that Britt and Belton were verballing later that day to Iowa.

Found out today that Hogan will verbal to Iowa on Friday.

Everyone has known that. CB's started rolling in for Iowa after Hogan said he was committing, it's common sense. You get lied to more than you get told useful information. I'm not trolling if you guys even knew how wrong HR had it on Brock you would be in shock and that's just football. I mean didn't Kakert say Cook was leaving...oh wait then it was Pemsl and not Cook

Yeah, but do you get VIP crystal balls? Those are worth several cents each at least!

Kakert never knew one way or the other on Cook, everything I read just said if he had to choose, he thought Cook would leave.

I dont think TK ever said Pemsl was leaving. And it didnt look like you, among others, had some doubts about Goodson

Sounds like he is headed to Iowa.

Now for all you Clone fans, this pretty much means we are only taking 1 more RB and are going to wait on Brock so any other offer out there to a RB is no longer valid.

Last I heard he was a WVU lean. If Goodson does commit, do you think that might deter Brock a bit?

Umm... where did you come up with he is headed to Iowa in that article? Sounds like WVU is in the drivers season. Never saw one thing in the article about him headed to Iowa, just that they made the final eight cut, just like we did.

BF likes to stick his chest out, trying to pretend he is Nick Saban. Nowhere close to that level yet!

Wonder if he'll even have a committable offer by July

Goodson might be committing to Iowa but I would hardly say it is a sure thing.

Lots of time to negatively recruit against Iowa until that time

@YeahBuddy what do you think about CW's little nugget on Brock Purdy?

LOL!

About coaches just being able to tell whether a kid has "it" after a couple weeks.

Reminds of the "quiet confidence" BS that was spewed by Clone fans and message board publishers prior to like a 2-10 season a few years back under Rhoads.
