Can't wait for his first rivalry game, huh? I see the Super Bowl is strong with this one.
What position?
Will be interested to see if he sticks to his commitment if Wisconsin offers. I know he is a big Badgers fan, and I thought I saw something a few weeks back that there is a good chance Wisconsin offers at their camp (which I think is next month?).
Well, maybe @CyTwins can't think up any well thought out arguments such as the following.

It is a site devoted to IOWA STATE CYCLONE athletics and its fans.
If CyTwins or any of us were to come to HN and spouted a bunch of crap I would fully expect all sorts of hok fan arguments against us.
If you are bored with CyTwins' arguments. Leave.
Perhaps you have not noticed, but this is in a thread titled “Iowa Football Recruiting”. If you do not want Iowa fans posting on your message board, tell the admins to get rid of the in-state rivals (aka Iowa Hawkeyes) forum.
No one invited the hok fans here either way. The site explicitly says Iowa State Cyclone fans, etc. in many places.
Also, we all know this thread won't die -- hok fans will resurrect it indefinitely. It'll be two years old soon.
So is one's opinion and criticism now an insult? A non- positive evaluation is an insult?
If we close this one, then some hok troll will create a thread stating they will never troll again, only to troll even harder later in the thread.

What I said is literally a fact you know that right? Going off AP votes ISU would have been the second best team in the Big Ten West. That's a fact not an opinion
Perhaps you have not noticed, but this thread was started by a troll. Perhaps you were cytexmex that started this and was embarrassed into obscurity .
Verbal commitment is just one of many milestones in the recruiting process. Wisconsin just knows who the main competition for him is at this point. I would guess, but just a guess, that either the player is confident Badgers won't offer or he likes Iowa enough to stay with them by committing this early. But pretty much nothing surprises me in recruiting.
