Pretty easy to understand that part.
The only part of BF's quote that throws me off is there is most definitely a past commit or two that had their offer pulled.
Mike Bruner in particular is who I am thinking of.
Bruner and Beneventi are the only 2 that I can think of that didnt have to do with off the field issues.
And both of those situations happened before BF made his comments that are being tossed around here. Iowa has absolutely held to those standards since BF made those comments.

Not sure as I dont think they ever communicated their stance on that publicly. Since BF has made those comments, they have held to that standard.
