It appears it wasn't both Emmert and Chad it was just Chad. Randy and Tommy both get votes for the Big 12 so I assumed it was the same for the Big 10. I agree that their rankings state he was better than any RB in the B1G.

Stanley would have needed to complete over 36 more of the passes he threw to match the accuracy of Kempt. It is not insignificant at all.

No, Barkley was better, and I don't care what any advanced metric says. I think anybody that looks at the two objectively would agree.
I just answered this. I think he was better than several RB's in the B1G last year.
Probably not better than Barkley, Taylor or Dobbins. I would put him in the same tier as Jackson and Wadley.
Just find it odd that Iowa fans are using PFF to say Stanley was almost as good as Kempt but then dismiss it when it says Montgomery was better than Barkley
I would say Dobbins, Weber, Barkley, Taylor are all better than Montgomery. I would say Wadley and Montgomery are pretty comparable in terms of talent along with Karan Higdon and Rodney Smith.
