All Iowa Football Team---Post Bowl Edition

How about some concerns for each team?

I'll start.

-Concerned about ISU's OL and it's run blocking. Hopefully the guys have a good off-season training, pack on some good weight, and get ready to roll.

-Also concerned about the safety spot. ISU's returns a few guys who got starts last year, but they were young and undersized. Eisworth should help. I also assume that De'Monte Ruth will play the STAR safety spot. A lot of rotation will happen here depending on situations.

-Replacing the WR class that was lost won't be as easy as people think, but there are good players there. It'll be really tough losing a guy like AL who always seemed to make a play when the team needed it most.

LB's and WR's are my two main concerns for Iowa and they are big. Especially at LB with Mends most likely going down for the season in practice #13 this spring.

RB's are short of depth so hopefully we stay healthy there, I assume true frosh Henry Geil will win the #3 job coming out of fall camp.

OL should be solid, TE's are probably the best position group on the team and Stanley should take a step forward.

DL has really good depth and the safeties should be really good. A little concern with the CB's on defense as they have all been really inconsistent in their careers.

Did not know that.

I assume he was a projected starter.

Are you dumb?

That is a poll that the Columbus Dispatch runs that selects 24 media members in the B1G market to project the conference finish. Did you even read the story that is linked in the article?

"In a poll of 24 writers conducted jointly by The Dispatch and The Athletic, the Spartans were a unanimous choice to win the conference title."

How is this showing that Leistikow has a vote for the official B1G all conference football teams?

All I am asking you for is a little proof and I will drop it.

Yes, really feel bad for him.

5th year senior that stuck it out playing ST and backing up really good LB's all his career and was poised to start his final year and goes down.

Nothing confirmed yet but it sounds like a torn ACL.

I always feel horrible when this happens to a kid for his senior year. Especially one who was going to probably be a starter for the first time. That is a ton of work to put in over that time.

Well that's a bummer for him.

So far in each year of the CMC era there has been a surprise walk-on that has played a fair amount of minutes. I'll guess that it's Braxton Lewis this year, though that wouldn't be as much of a surprise.

This does nothing to prove that Leistikow votes for the all conference football teams which is what you claimed earlier in this thread.

You keep talking about a preseason basketball poll that was put on by a newspaper in Columbus, OH.

If that poll isn't the official Big Ten Preseason basketball poll please provide a link of the official one. TIA

I dont care about the preseason basketball poll. I want to see proof that Leistikow voted for the 2017 all conference football teams?

How hard is this? You made the claim, provide the proof.

Thats all I am asking for and I will drop it.
