Three pick sixes that I can think of off the top of my head (Hooker against OSU and Jackson had 2 at Wisconsin).
Yards isnt the best stat to use due to the fact Iowa is more than likely going to have less possessions than other teams due to their style of play.
Serious question, not trying to bicker. I thought Kirk's method of time control with an emphasis on running should equal more possessions?
Given what seems to be going on, the word “no” really needs to be removed from thread title.
Oh I would agree. But if you look at ypc ypa etc and scoring efficiency it is a better indication.

Less possessions....if you're eating more clock per possession you get less per game.
Just finding out that Iowa went from Big Time to not Big Time (in the eyes of an Iowa fan) in the matter of a half of a year?
I guess the defense probably didn't lend a great hand in helping either until it came to red zone coverage.
We've pretty much always had a "bend but don't break" philosophy. Been pretty effective over the years.
