***Big 10 Thread***

Just funny to see a fan trolling a fanbase of an elite Wrestling Program when their own is in the gutter ATM.

Nobody is trolling your wrestling program. You said Iowa's slippage is because of two programs when you're ranked 7th right now

So that is passing up another school now? Ok State and Iowa are both in the same boat. Both looking up at PSU and OSU. They are pretty even as far as where they are at competitively on the mat.

Iowa is looking up at Okie State who is looking up to PSU and OSU

You mentioned OSU, and PSU. He agreed. Others, including me, have added a few other good teams. How in the world are people trolling. Did you miss where I said Iowa was an elite wrestling school?

Holy ****, yep, Wednesday is your reach day.

Iowa's football program has been really good under KF, cant fault Barta for that contract.

Fran has almost as good of a win percentage in CHA as Johnny Orr did in Hilton and has won a much higher percentage of his conference games so he cant be all that bad.

So you are happy with Fran and Kirk's contracts right now?

Yeah, no one here is arguing that Iowa is an elite wrestling school. Did Barta hire Brands? If anything, Iowa has slipped a bit in the last 5 years. Still extremely good but not at the levels of Brands first few years.

Trolling

Some smoke out there that if Cook doesn't go pro after this year (like he told his brother that's what his plans were) he is going to transfer. Normally I wouldn't want to see that happen because that would probably be the nail in the coffin for Fran but now that he's locked in long term I'm all for Tyler putting himself in a position to either get paid or to actually get to play in the tourney

He did hire Brands and that was a great move.
Well, @iahawks is full of fake news:

Almost immediately after Brands was hired by Iowa, he and then-athletic director Bob Bowlsby asked Gable to rejoin the team. Gable, 58, had been working as an assistant athletic director at Iowa. In response, Gable asked Brands and Bowlsby to take a step back and reevaluate whether they believed it was a good idea.

I stand corrected. Thought he was a Barta hire. Another reason to not like Barta.

I see that WVU has lost four of their last five, will ISU be able to make it five of six and get on Iowa's level of three conference wins?
