I also saw Montgomery break the most tackles in PFF history, run for 1,150 yards 11 TD, and get first team All-Big 12 as a true sophomore.

He did and actually got his 8th pick late in the Pinstripe Bowl which tied the single season Iowa record with Desmond King, Lou King and Nile Kinnick.

Not yet. Common belief seems to be that he stays, but you never know. I did see that Harvey is staying, but that was commonly expected also.
