Montgomery actually pushed Jewell's ass down with one arm. Eaton's push helped Montgomery forward a bit, but he actually pushed Josey aside with his free arm while still running over him. Same way he stiff armed him in a previous play and same way he body slammed another tackler with his free arm in this second gif.

Jewell got destroyed by Montgomery MULTIPLE times in the game. He himself admitted to getting "trucked" in that play (his words, not ours). I think from here on out, Josey Jewell asks his mom every night to check under his bed for any Montgomeries.
