OK - who wins the game on Sept. 9th ?

For you red tailed hawks on here, we know we've sucked. Though you would have us believe otherwise, your football team is not in the company of Alabama, Ohio State, Oklahoma; nor for that matter, Tennessee, Stanford, Florida or North Dakota State.

This is stupid.

This would be like saying after the 2015 season saying ISU basketball is not in the same company as UAB.

Neither hok has played meaningful minutes so they are virtual unkonowns. Park played meaningful minutes and was impressive.

Stanley was a 3 star #22 ranked PRO QB-offers from iowa, Pitt and Wisky I think he got some late interest from Michgan St.
Weigers was a three star #24 ranked PROS QB-offers from iowa and Rutgers

Park-4 star #5 ranked PRO QB- offers from Georgia, Alabama, Auburn, FSU, NC, NCSt, ND, VT.

So based on the on field performance...Park has the advantage
So based on recruiting- Park has the advantage.

I must say it's pretty impressive ISU snagged him over Bama. Kind of jealous as that doesn't happen very often to in-state schools.

ISU didn't beat anyone out for Park. He had zero offers when committed to ISU.
LOL...he had offers from Alabama, Georgia, FSU, ND, Tennessee, NC, NC St as a recruit. Committed to Georgia. He transferred, took a year off playing and iSu found him. If you want to ignore his offers out of HS...that is fine. It just makes you look silly

Oh, I'm sorry. Here is my edit:

Remember that time when Iowa's O-Line was voted best in the country, only to have Florida pornhub them on national TV? Shows you how much those awards mean.

Iowa gave up 1 sack that day and rushed for 171 yards.

Florida, on the season, gave up an average of 142.3 yards per game on the ground.

Wasnt the OL's best performance but far from a pornhub.

Great performances by the Stanford Cyclones and Florida Cyclones in the last couple of bowls though against Iowa...credit where it is due.

Iowa lost 30-3 and your NFL QB had a QBR of 8.5. I'm not sure you realize how bad you have to be to have a QBR of 8.5

Is this the same QB you are talking about?

Looks like he quit the team since he was 4th string behind a guy that is now a punter and another guy who started one game at UGA and is now at Colorado State.

Edit---so in summary it appears Georgia's starting punter is a better QB than ISU's starting QB.

My comment was directed at the hok fan.

Park is good, but I remember when Purdue had that top QB from a few years ago that transferred in from Miami and didnt do anything. So, anything can happen but the odds are Park could be Jake Christiansen 2.0

It does look like Faton Bauta got an additional start at CSU last year though. Ended up a pretty respectable 3rd in passing there too.
