Depends on how the season starts out. But if it starts out well, I agree with youBet you that ISU averages closer to 60,000 average paid attendance this year rather than 50,000.

Even with an Iowa sellout last year, their attendance average would have only been like 54,000.
Iowa State has a Kicker and a Punter included which brings down the average.
But they are getting scholarships, right? So why wouldnt they be included?

They should be included.
But even the best kickers in the nation bog down their class average Composite.
I'm sure if Iowa had a kicker or punter bringing down their average you'd be taking a different stance on it but such is life.
Too small a sample size to form an opinion. He seems to be a decent/good recruiter. Not sure I'm sold on him being a great game day coach. Granted I only watched two full ISU games last year (Iowa and WVU), saw lots of dumb self inflicted penalties. I'm not sure if those were were the exception or the norm for ISU last year.Do you think Campbell is a bad coach or bad recruiter?
It's skewing the rankings to say that a kicker and punter bring down the class Composite? No, I wouldnt. Its just another way for ISU fans to try and skew the rankings in their favor. When comparing the Iowa and ISU classes for 2017, some posters over here actually suggested removing Epenesa from Iowa's ranking as he is a legacy and thats the only reason he ended up at Iowa.

How about it's just common sense?
Just saying that punter and kicker bring down the averages. Campbell said last year's recruiting class was his best ever as a coach, and that includes his stint at Toledo.
I am happy with our recruiting under Campbell. We are seeing a talent upgrade with our Campbell recruits. We will be improved this year and will be even better in 2018.
The future looks bright.
I don't know if you were around for this last season or not, but we've gone back and forth on this topic already. Understanding the term outlier is basically impossible for some people.
According to Hawk posters, anything positive about Iowa State football is fake news.
Not really. Iowa had kickers and punters in the last recruiting class and still out performed isu by a hefty distance.
Wonder why Hawkeyes posters are coming to a Cyclone Board to attempt to dampen enthusiasm?
Love Coach Campbell and the direction we are heading.
Hawkeyes need to focus on their train wreck of their basketball program. Getting rid of Dr. Tom Davis has put their program in the dumpster. Hawkeyes should be thankful they play football in the Big Ten's weak division.
We heard the same thing when Chizik and Rhoads were hired, love the optimism but forgive Iowa fans for being skeptical at another JP hire of a football coach.
You want to talk about a program in the dumpster, look no further than the worst P5 football program since JP fired McCarney, your very own ISU Cyclones.
Its so funny that ISU fans mock Iowa fans for being optimistic about the future of Iowa basketball when Iowa has made 3 of the last 4 NCAA tourneys and have highly ranked recruits coming in the next several cycles.
ISU football has won 8 games the past 3 seasons and has slightly improved their recruiting.
