First off, I had never heard of the Joe Moore award. I mean, is that like the best lighting award at the Oscars that doesn't even make the telecast? I had to look it up...and it's for the most physical OL. That's nice and all and I'd be happy to see ISU be mentioned for it, but it says absolutely nothing about pass blocking. When I watched that bowl game and the announcers were begging KF to take Beathard out before they had to go get a stretcher, that didn't seem like the best OL in the country to me. Physical? Sure. But with ISU's offense, Park is asked to do more than Iowa's QBs are and a Joe Moore award obviously does not mean that your OL can pass protect.

Not really. While I do wish that ISU was playing in a bowl the last few years, it's been fun to watch iowa get beat down and exposed.

They didn't do it much under Davis and when they did, not effectively. Under KOK it was an absolute staple of the offense. It will be a staple again under Brian.

This gives me a little more fear about the game, but I'm confident in my team.

To beat isu all they need to do is what they did in 2013, and physically beat them down.

We have much more depth than we did in 2013, That won't happen again.
