No Jok, no problem. Iowa will have fab five returning next year. At least one final four in next 3 years.

I actually think Iowa could have Final Four material. Probably have the last few years. It is kind of unfair to them that you first have to qualify for the Ncaa tourney to get there though.

Jon Miller himself said that Jok played like crap against Indiana because of his sore and injured legs. I wonder how those damaged legs will last in the NBA playing every other night for 80+ games instead of 20+ games in college.
Monte already plays way more minutes a game in college than Jok, and Monte still looks fresh when the game is over versus Grandpa Jok sitting on the bench with his legs completely wrapped in ice. And no, I'm not poking fun at someone's bad legs, just pointing out that if Jok can barely make it through a season in college I'm not sure how any NBA GM would think he could last in the NBA?

Iowa could have 12 McDonald All-Americans, and still struggle postseason, it's Francis. The guy can't coach. He's won 2 of his last 9 BIG Tourney games against some very average opponents. He must have a way or demoralizing even the best talent. Look what he did to Jok. The kid would be a lottery pick at any other program. Francis got into his head.
You need to remember, Jok is 37, it's not easy at that age. His best NBA years were when he was in Jr. High.

Prohm has essentially one year of bringing in transfer bigs. I'm not sure how that can be called a track record. Now 7 years of not being able to recruit a decent point guard? That's a track record.
What's sad is that I'm in agreement with a lot of their posters. I don't think there is any reason why an ISU Fan should post on their board and I don't see any reason why hok fan posts here, no matter what the troll bait thread title might be.
You guys don't understand. We're going to crash back to earth with our top 30 recruit Wiggington and our top 25 class while Fran takes undersized two star point guard Jorbo and Walk on Nicholas "Slenderman" Baer to at LEAST one Final Four. (This was actually said on HR by a Hawk Fan.)

One of my favorite parts is bashing our schedule and saying Iowa would have dominated with our schedule. Our BPI SOS is at #5 now before playing WVU again, there's a good chance we'll have have a #2 or #3 schedule out of 351 teams entering the tournament. (Iowa's is 46 btw)

I'm fine with it if it's legit conversation and not complete trolling. Just like it seems MesaClone tries to do over there. And there's some good Hawk posters here who's opinions I can respect. But, the number of those posters isn't very high compared to the trolls.
