18 points sounds decent for a high school tourney game. The other kid is a sophomore, I dont know what scoring 3 points in a game says about his future prospects.

He is a preferred walk-on technically, yes.

18 points is decent, but he is a 4 star playing in the Iowa HS tournament. He should probably be up a little higher, IMO. But I will admit I do not watch Iowa HS basketball, I am just going based off of my experiences with ~4 star recruits in post-season play.

Yikes, Babb has a long ways to go before he becomes "very good". Hes a decent bench player for now but if we are expecting him to lead the team the next 2 years we are in deep trouble.

When you have potential 5 star recruit coming in no one is expecting him to lead the team.

Exactly, who the hell is expecting Babb to lead the team?

You should really stop referring to Iowa State as 'we', you're not fooling anyone.

I can refer to them however I feel like referring to them. I'm sorry you are so offended by Babb is a decent bench player comment. Thats just the opinion I have of him.

Oh wait, you are the same guy who got all bent out of shape earlier because I said Iowa wasnt a bid stealer. Sorry you have such a thin skin.

Lol I have no problem with you saying Babb is a decent bench player, that's what he CURRENTLY is.

YOU'RE the one who invented the idea of him LEADING THE TEAM the next 2 years. I was just pointing out how completely moronic that is, and that you were the only one who went there.

The other poster said he was about ready to be "very good". I consider that to be at least in the starting lineup, and possibly one of the better players on the team next year then.
